E-learning Activity

Canva, PowToons, PowerPoint, Articulate

This engaging activity was created to bring a little bit of energy and excitement into a learning module that had somewhat dry content: how to use strategies and tools necessary in order to read an instruction manual.

The premise of the activity is that a columnist named Raquel Cabrera has gone missing. The learner must solve the case by using their recently learned strategies (using an index, glossary, table of contents, context clues, eliminate irrelevant information, etc.)

The unique e-learning opportunity will walk learners each step allowing them connect the dots so that they can 1) practice using their new skills and 2) enjoy a memorable learning experience. You can watch the enticing introductory video (1 minute long) by clicking the button below.

Real Estate Tutorial: Listing A Property For Sale

Articulate Rise 360, Trello & Loom,

E-Learning

Starting with an outline and quickly advancing to a storyboard, I created a tutorial on basic information about how to list a house for sale. This is great for first time home buyers/sellers. The course shares what to anticipate during the home selling process.

Real Estate Law Course

LMS, Kahoot, Canva, ILT/IVLT

Due to legalities, I am unable to post actual content from the Real Estate Law Course.

  • Carried out a needs analysis from start to finish

  • Created PowerPoint Slides With Course Lecture Notes

  • Crafted a unique gamification activity for each class

  • Tracked class attendance and uploaded to LMS

  • Designed course completion certificates

  • Uploaded class modules, gamification activity links, recordings & other supplemental information to LMS within 24 hours or less.

Employee New Hire Training

Vyond: E-Learning

I used Vyond to create an animated and engaging training about how to complete and submit an employee reimbursement form. Using the principals of micro-learning, this training can be completed in under 5 minutes. The buttons below will illustrate the first draft storyboard, the final storyboard, and the QA used to create the final product.

Using Canva I created a training about migraines. It includes a trainer guide and a learner guide. This storyboard was used in the design stage of the project. Check out this QA which was conducted in order to determine any areas that required attention prior to launch.

How to Conduct a Re-Evaluation Meeting

Storyline & Screencastify

This tutorial is on-point and focused on removing the confusion and jargon of the re-evaluation process. It was designed using a storyboard and brought to life using Articulate Storyline.

Microlearning

Canva

This tutorial serves as a quick refresher training when it comes to completing company expense reports. Availability on the phone allows traveling employees to easily recall how to file and submit receipts for an expense report, and to quickly determine whether to use the corporate credit card versus their personal credit card, depending on company policy. I am unable to share the tutorial at this time.

Tutorial- How to Use a LMS

Schoology & Camtasia

This tutorial provides a glimpse into the curriculum I created and how content was uploaded into the LMS.
